July 6th

Well where does the time go ? Does anyone ever bother coming back here to see if there's any updates, no probably not. Been ridiculously busy at work and just haven't had the time to update this blog. Although I suppose in fairness I'm losing interest in it, as you can probably tell.....

My energies are focussed elsewhere at the moment, you can tell I work in IT, coming out with statements like that...! I've been trialling a number of systems with varying degrees of failure and success. The Form Analyst had a decent June but Noseahead and Make It Pay have had complete nightmares. I've decided to knock all the services on the head now, I've made a decision that I'm better off putting my effort into my own ideas and systems. At the moment, only my in play football app makes money pretty much each month, far exceeding any of the services I've trialled and with that in mind I'm better off going it alone and sticking to what I know and have confidence rather than being 'lazy' and getting tips etc off of others. I've got my own horse racing app on the go at the moment which I'm trialling, 15 point loss in May but a 48 point profit in June. Slightly up for July at the moment so we'll see how that goes.

Keeping track of bets being put up and how each system is going takes up enough time anyway and I can put that time to better use.At least then I have only myself to blame if I don't make money :o)
I also signed up to The Form Guru over at InsideRail for a free 30 day trial. That hasn't gone to well so I've cancelled my sub to that.

I'm looking forward to the start of the football season and I'll get Powerstats back up and running. Not really to much else to say at the moment, the bank is creeping back up to what I want it to be, we're about 75% of the way there now which is encouraging.

Tomorrow I'll try and provide a bit more of an update on my current bets (Tour De France!) and how I fared in June.

I hope you dont billed by Inside Rail. I cancelled and still got billed and somebody elso on one of the forums has been billed too. No replies to emails to them to ask what the hell they are doing. I'd recommend everyone stays well away from this mob frankly...
