Well if powerstats could predict postponed games I'd be able to retire by now, it picked 3 selections for today and 2 of them were postponed! Just Zaragoza to come in about 20 mins, they've now gone out to 4.4.
Tomorrow it has come up with just one selection:
- Back Levante at home to Osasuna at 2.87
My in play app had another disappointing night yesterday, it was +£50 at one point but then a run of 6 losses on the trot meant a losing day of -£95. It's still going today so I'll report on todays performance tomorrow.
Maasive shock earlier today with Barnsley winning at Liverpool, I daftly backed Liverpool at about 2.3 towards the end of the game, I really should of layed the daw at 1.95 but didnt think in a month of Sundays Barnsley would be the ones to break the draw! Trying to get the money back now with a lay of Betis (at 1.6) at home to Madrid, not good though as they still lead 2-1 with just four minutes left. Dont normally do these sort of bets but I felt my personal betting needed a bit of a kick start as its been very quiet recently.
The book I'm reading at the moment (The Smart Money) is about a journalist who manages to start working for an outfit called The Brain Trust, his job is to hole up in hotels in Vegas and try and place huge bets for the outfit, $30k, $50k etc. Reading the book and noting the dates, it turns out that he was doing this the first time I visited Vegas and that he and I both stayed at Caesars Palace at the same time, how weird that I may of walked right past him and then be reading about it all 10 years later, its a small world :o)
Madrid lost, turning into a lousy day! Come on Zaragoza.....!
